A deck of cards consists of 52 cards. Every poker card ranks from high to low such as Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Different cards of similar suits are considered the same. For example, Queen of Heart and queen of the spade are recognized as equals.

Royal Flush

The Royal Flush takes the first place in poker hand ranking. Now the question is, What creates the Royal Flush? The player who is lucky enough to possess an Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 of the same group said to have a Royal Flush. For example, Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 of Spade. Straight Flush

Four of a Kind

This type of poker card combination is unique to the Royal Flush and Straight Flush. Four of a Kind poker hand player possesses four cards belonging to one rank, and one card belongs to another rank. For instance, four cards of 5s and one card of Ace or four cards of 6s and one card of king creates Four of a kind poker hands. The first four cards of both the players decide who is the winner in them. For example, a player with the Queen in the first four cards wins over the player with Jack.

Full House

Also, if both players have the same cards in the first three places, then the other two cards ranking decides the winner. Also, there are cases where both players hold the same five cards. In that scenario, no one becomes the winner.

For example-:

The first case- First three-card rankings- The player holding KKK22 will win over the player holding QQQ55.

The second case- Last two poker cards ranking- Player who possesses KKK55 will win over a player with KKK33.

The third case- All cards ranking- No one will win if all the cards ranking of both players are similar- tie between players when both are having JJJ55

Flush

These poker hands grab the fifth position in this list. If a player possesses five cards from the same group irrespective of their sequence, then he has a Flush. For example, K J 8 9 7 of the club is a Flush, and Q, K, J, 10,6 of the spade is also a Flush. If both the players get Flush, then the top card decides the winner. If both the players have similar cards, then the next high card decides the winner. For example, K, J, Q, 9, 10 wins over Q, K, 9, 8,7 and K, K, 9,6,3 wins over K, Q, J, 5, 4, 1

Straight

Straight comes sixth in this sequence. Unlike Straight Flush, this poker hand demands sequential cards belong to different suits. For example, A, K, Q, J, 10 of different suit cards wins over 10, 9, 8,7, and 6 of cards of different suits.

Three of a Kind

One of the important parts of Full House poker hands, Three of a Kind takes seventh place in this series. Three Aces, a King, and a Queen make the best combo in this poker hand. In this, Queen and king are side cards. If both the players have the same Three of a Kind, then side cards decide the winner. For example, AAAKQ wins over KKKQJ, and AAAKQ wins over AAAQJ

Two-pair

Another significant part of Full Flush, Two-pair comes at eighth place in this poker card ranking. This poker hand combination forms, When a player gets two cards of the same rank followed by another two cards of the same rank and one card of a different rank.

For example, KKQQ10. In the case of a tied player holding a high ranking pair wins the match. If the first pair is similar, then the second pair decides the winner, and if both the pairs are similar, then the last card decides the winner.

One Pair

This poker hand takes ninth place in the series. One pair of poker hand forms when a player holds two cards of the same rank and three cards of different ranks. AAKQJ is considered as the best form of One Pair. For example, AAKJ10 wins over KKJ96

High-Card

When a five-card combination does not fall in the above mentioned categories, then it could be a High card combination. For example, King, Jack, 10, 9, 7 of similar suit cards or different cards. Ace to five is not possible in Straight and Straight Flush, So we can say such poker hands are High card poker hands.

Every High-Card poker hand is listed according to the high-rank card. This procedure is followed again and again with the next best ranking card until the lowest ranking card comes.
